Justin Kelly
CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER, SHOWRUNNER & DIRECTOR
Justin is an award-winning executive producer, showrunner, journalist and director known for Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom, Protecting The Wild, Lost Gold of WW2, Gold Rush, Alaska's Grizzly Gauntlet, Great Bear Stakeout, Ewan MacGregor: Cold Chain Mission, Bear Grylls' Man Vs Wild, The Lock Up, Wastemen, the BAFTA-winning Trawlermen, Dangerous Adventures for Boys, A Life of Grime, Homestead Rescue, The Hottest Place on Earth, Around The World In 80 Days, & Wife Swap among many others.
Originally a Press & PR officer for the BBC's Documentary Department, he moved into production for the BBC in 1999, before going freelance in 2004 as a young director on Bear Grylls' hit TV debut, Escape To The Legion for Channel 4 & History USA.
He's filmed expeditions, investigative documentaries, news & current affairs, observational documentaries, wildlife and adventure shows around the world - China, Japan, the Philippines, Mongolia, Canada, Kenya, Alaska, Finland, France, Spain, South Korea and Russia. His specialism is filming in extreme and challenging environments (conflict zones, Sahara Desert, Danakil Desert, Panamanian Jungle, Southern Sudan, the Congo, Alaska, Ethiopia, North Sea, Atlantic & Pacific Oceans).
He moved to Los Angeles in 2017 where he executive produces and consults on shows for History, YouTube Originals, National Geographic, Nat Geo Wild, NBC, BBC and Discovery Channel.
In 2024, he relaunched America's longest running wildlife show, Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom, Protecting The Wild for NBC/Hearst Media. The production received 4 Emmy nominations, including Best Single Camera Direction and Best Travel, Adventure & Nature show.

Jennie Fazey
CO-FOUNDER, EXECUTIVE PRODUCER & SHOWRUNNER
Also a Brit, Jen was one of the leading food show producers in the UK, prior to her move to Los Angeles. Originally from the BBC's Features Department in Bristol, she cut her teeth making documentaries about family genetics for series such as Bitter Inheritance.
Her foray into food shows began with show running the first two seasons of Nigel Slater's Simple Suppers and then Nigel Slater's Simple Cooking with the renowned Observer newspaper food writer. Jen then went on to executive produce TV cook Nigella Lawson for the BBC with the highly successful shows, Nigellisima & Simply Nigella, winning a Royal Television Society award along the way.
After show running Jamie's Money Saving Meals and Lorraine Pascale: How To Be A Better Cook, she produced RDF TV/BBC's hit show Eat Well For Less? She also launched Tried & Tasted: The Ultimate Shopping List, for Channel 4 before making the move to the United States.
Her American TV debut began with the launch of the Food Network's Girl Meets Farm which she executive produced for the first two seasons and it's now in its incredible 15th run.
In America, she's co-ep'd Lego Masters for Fox and for the last five seasons she's co-ep'd and executive produced the last five seasons of Masterchef USA, and its off shoot series Masterchef Junior with Gordon Ramsay.
